Some things about China

You don't often see dogs walking around, haven't seen any cats wandering either.

There are no birds in the sky flying around.

Mister Donuts is a replacement for Dunkin Donuts in China, they actually have a great Old Fashion Donut!

There are spa's for facials, for massages, and for nails they don't appear to be all in one! They do gel nails here :)

I have been told by the Dr. IVF is very popular in China, with that i have seen many sets of twins around the stores and markets when i am out and about!

Cheese is not very common in China so get your fix before coming for a visit!

The women in China amaze me, many don't use strollers or carriers, they carry their babies all the time, everywhere!  I don't have that kind of arm strength, thank goodness for strollers and carriers!

Corn on the cob is extremely popular here, you can get it everywhere such as you would from a hot dog stand at home!

There are many people walking around selling produce from carts, fruits and vegetables!  They have a claw type hanger to measure the weight!

Scooters are very popular here, i will take a picture for you next time i am out, in the rain they have ponchos that cover them while they drive, pot holder (literally) are attached to the handles to keep their hands warm while driving, some people have hats that have a face windshield to protect them.  The best part of a scooter is anyone can ride them from infants to the elderly and it seems a scooter can hole 1-5 people depending on who you see roaming around!  It is acceptable to eat and drink while riding a scooter as long as you aren't driving.  Scooters have   We will not be riding a scooter :)

American fast food chains: McDonalds, Burger King, KFC, Papa Johns, 7-eleven
We learned don't got to Burger King on a Sunday afternoon, its the only one in Changzhou and the line was out the door!  No milkshakes at these establishments either, the menus aren't as extensive as at home, but McD's does offer corn cups instead of french fries!

Went to a new restaurant in Injoy Plaza that had a restaurant called Tacos, don't let this deceive you but the menu had a lot of options, including beef fajitas, nachos, beef tacos, and spinach quesidillas  given we are in China the food was pretty good.

That's about all for now, will post again soon.  I might be busy this week, our container shipped by boat arrived in China on Friday so we are hoping to have it delivered by the end of the week!
